APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all automotive appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. If you have not requested an appointment time with us yet please click here or call 561-327-8468. If you have already requested and confirmed your appointment time with us, please purchase a non-refundable appointment deposit below. Once purchased, the appointment deposit will be applied to your balance which will be due on the day of your appointment before installation.*

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:
We ask for at least 24-hour notice by phone or email, as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 24-hour notice. You can only reschedule a total of 2 times from the original appointment date before your deposit is void and will not be re-applied. After a total of 3 scheduled appointment times, a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.*
We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment time your deposit will not be re-applied and another deposit will be required to book any future appointment. We encourage all clients to come in 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled time to have a consultation prior to installation.*

All Florida Tinting Co. understands that your time is valuable and we make sure that the specific time slot we reserve for you is yours to keep so you can get the best installation and experience possible. You and your vehicle are important to us, which is why every time we book an appointment for you, we book an allotted time slot to ONLY serve you. In order for us to keep this level of service, we ask our clients to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if they can’t make it into our shop. This also allows us to serve other clients in need of our services. Our team’s installations are highly requested and we want to make sure that our clients don’t have to wait for weeks or even months to see us. This is why we have a cancellation policy that we ask you to honor so we can attend the needs of all of our clients and serve them with the best results possible. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for ours.*
